                                 The most important factor which is concern is how many calories in the form of sugar are safe to be added in your daily tea and coffee.The people suffering from diabetes continue to have artificial sweeteners or without sugar.Nutritionist denies,and says that according to WHO and other global organizations for diabetes six to nine tsp of sugar in a day is fine,instead of avoiding sugar sources in the form of breakfast cereals,fruit juices,biscuits.
                                   A nutritionist suggests that people to have tea or coffee without milk in winters but in summer it can be with milk.Make sure that the milk is not boiled excessively.There is no harm in it provided you do not add too much sugar in it or have it with packed foods such as biscuits.People can add coconut sugar to their tea  or coffee as an alternative to refined sugar.Coconut sugar is the most beneficial type of sugar.It is not processed and has a low glycaemic index.
