 One of the main things that can make our eyesight better is by doing eye exercises. It will give us some relaxation and the eyes can also heal from the stress and strain that it has to go through everyday. Some of the basic eye exercise that one can do are blinking, eye tracking and also eye massage. By practicing these eye exercises one can keep away from the many eye problems that are present today such as strabismus, lazy eye and also double vision.

While doing exercises eyes should open or close

The first thing that we have to do is to practice relaxing the muscles around our eyes. You can do this by staring at a nearby tree or flower and gradually relax your eyes until they become slack. You should remember to breathe out slowly before releasing your eyelids and also tilt them upwards.

Eye Tracking is another exercise that can help you out. This can be done by first using one eye then the other. To do eye tracking, you have to keep track of the movements of your eyes. This can be done by watching a video on how the eyes move while looking at a particular object or moving your eyes from side to side while looking at a particular object.

Another of the eye exercise is called eye massage. In this exercise you have to use the muscle of the eyelids with your thumb and finger in order to release any tension and strain from the muscles. You should also focus on the lower part of your eyes, which can be affected by stress and strain. In this method you should move your fingers slowly from the center to the side of the eyes. You should repeat this several times.

Another exercise that can help you is called eye relaxation. In this method you have to close your eyes gently for about 3 seconds and then open them slowly for about the same period of time. The idea of this exercise is to release all the tensions and stress from your eyes. You should also breathe properly through your nose. You should try to relax your whole body including your muscles and joints.

There are many other relaxation techniques like meditation and yoga that can help you out in these exercises. You can also go for a warm shower and some massage before starting any exercise. These are some of the simple and easy ways of relaxing your eyes without any complications. These exercises will certainly help you out in order to see well without strain.
